Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 business days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We are not responsible for such delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking details to update.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to Singapore (Mainland Only). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders (Unavailable)):
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. For lost or stolen packages, please check with the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our customer service team.
